Elliot created this social network to connect affiliated company members to the faculty and students at the Columbia University's Data Science Institute, datascience.columbia.edu.
Also at Columbia University’s Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science, he designed and developed a social network for the Computer Science research scientists at the Center for Computational Learning Systems, ccls.columbia.edu.
Prior to Columbia, Elliot worked at Sony Music as both a Digital Media Engineer and Advertising Manager. In Sony Music's Global Digital Operations, he managed visual media projects for digital production, and built an internal global social network to streamline international technical support for Sony Music's digital media assets. In Creative Services, he executed consistent cross-media ad campaigns for the label's legendary musical artists, many whom were signed to Columbia Records, such as Bruce Springsteen and the Grammy award winning Duets album by Tony Bennett.
Elliot has his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and Advertising from the School of Visual Arts in New York City. Additional studies in Computer Science at the University of Maryland, Brand Leadership at Columbia Business School, Editorial Design and Information Architecture at the School of Visual Arts.
